Flute and Violin Clubs

This year, Moorlands will be piloting two after school instrumental clubs for 5th graders!

Beginning level Flute and Violin clubs will be held on Mondays after school from 4 pm – 5 pm in music rooms 403 and 404.  Mrs. Cornell will teach flute in room 403. Mrs. Griffin will teach violin in room 404.

CLUBS ARE LIMITED TO 20 STUDENTS in 5th Grade. There is an open house for interested families and 5th graders on Monday, October 21 to ask questions, learn how to rent a flute or violin from a local music store, or request one through the district. 

The first club meeting will be on Monday, October 28 from 4 pm to 5 pm and continue until Monday May 19, 2025.  Flute and String Clubs will begin Monday, October 28 and continue until Monday May, 19, 2025.
